Go to the log on page at http://nixon.mountainstate.net:8080/~1 . If you are returning visitor, enter your login name, password and click "Enter." If you happen to be a new user, click the "New Users" button as seen below.

New users are required to fill in the fields marked with a red dot. Assign yourself a login name and password that you can readily remember. The other fields are optional. After this, click "Create." See below:

You will see a welcome message. Proceed to the Bulletin Board by clicking on "Go to the Conferences Menu."

You may access messages by two different methods. You may click on a conference for a list of that conference's threads and messages.

Or you may access new messages by selecting that option. Note: messages posted previous to the setting up of your account will not show as new messages.

Select the message that you wish to read first.
