Creating Messages in the Nixon Era Bulletin Board
To post an original message, select the oppropriate conference.

Then click on the BLUE "Post" in the menu bar.

To reply to someone else's message, click on "Reply" in the message's menu. (For original messages, skip this step).

If this is an orginal message, type the topic name in the "Topic" window. Then type your message or reply in the large text window. After this, click "Post." See below:
You may include web references as hyperlinks by simply typing a fully qualified internet address or url such as http://www.nixonera.com you must include the http:// for the program to create the hyperlink.

If there are any misspelled words, click on the misspelled word to correct it.

Either select one of the choices for correct spelling or enter the correct spelling in the "Change to:" window and click the "Done" button. If the word does not need corrected, hit the "Back" button on your browser.

Once all spellings are corrected, click the GREY "Post" button. Do not click the BLUE "Post" button.

Your message will then appear.
